Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right!

To start a return, you can contact us at service@www.footox.in . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition and received WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Asian Shoes reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
* Please ensure that the tag attached to the product is safely in place. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging or appropriate carton
* If you ordered something else and received something else: Drop us a mail at info@footoxfootwear@gmail.com We will pick up the wrong item and replace it or refund your money
A refund would take place within 2-3 business days post receipt of the products back at our warehouse. Careful monitoring of the returned products takes place to ensure that the shoes are unworn and intact. Subject to discretion is with "Footox Footwear Pvt. Ltd.”
